CMG’s commitment is to the client with a guarantee that all projects are completed to customer specifications, to uphold safety regulations, and adapt to the ever changing regulations and best work practices the industry has to offer.
CMG is designed so that utility companies can meet their demand for qualified personnel and monitor personnel with consistency. Our services allow utility companies the flexibility to staff projects without incurring the financial and administrative responsibility of monitoring and managing full time personnel. Companies primarily outsource to avoid certain costs such as peripheral or “non-core” business expenses, high taxes and costs, excessive government regulation/mandates, production and/or labor costs. The incentive to outsource Subcontractors can likely be due to unusually high corporate taxes and mandated benefits, such as Social Security, Medicare, and Safety Protection.
CMG streamlines administrative processes by implementing a consistent and efficient method of timesheet approval and record-keeping for Billing & Accounts Payable, maintaining accurate records for certifications, licenses, and general liability insurance, and providing services to support Safety Training by supplementing protection with Quality Assurance & Control proposals and Accident/Incident Reporting protocols. Our inspectors are skilled in a defined and comprehensive process that evaluates risks, benefits, and costs in order to secure a safe and productive work-site.
CMG has developed systematic approaches for daily/weekly progress reporting, material requests and safety procedures that meet the requirements of the utility; including documenting all daily proceedings with a comprehensive means of sharing this information. This common sense approach consists of simply using experienced personnel with current technology. These procedures keep all inspectors and utility personnel involved on any particular project informed on a project’s progression. Customers, upon request, may be provided these web-based reports of daily or weekly progress reports that include photographs of every step of the construction process.
